Sankalp Karya Yuva Shakti began as a collective dream of like-minded youth who believed in inclusive progress. With a vision rooted in equality, empowerment, and sustainable growth, we took the first step towards transforming underserved communities. Inspired by the belief that real change begins at the grassroots, our journey started by reaching out to those who were left behind—one village, one life at a time.

MISSION
To empower youth and communities by implementing innovative, impact-driven programs in education, healthcare, skill development, and social awareness. We aim to build self-reliant individuals who can lead positive change from within.
PHILOSOPHY OF CHANGE
We believe that change is not a top-down process. It must be driven by the people, for the people. At Sankalp Karya Yuva Shakti, we promote Civic Driven Change, encouraging individuals—especially youth—to take responsibility and lead change in their communities through awareness, action, and empathy.
THE LIFECYCLE APPROACH
We understand that real progress cannot happen in silos. A child’s education is deeply connected to their family’s health, income, and social environment. Our programs are designed to address interconnected challenges across a person’s life—from childhood to adulthood—ensuring long-term, sustainable impact.
HOW WE WORK
We operate through two dynamic models:
Social Venture Collaboration: Partnering with local grassroots organizations, we support their capacity building and work together on targeted development initiatives.
Direct Community Outreach: Where high-impact intervention is required, especially in rural and marginalized areas, we directly engage with communities, implementing projects with full-time teams on the ground.
